Liepaja is a port city located in western Latvia, on the coast of the Baltic Sea, 205km from Riga and 111km from Ventspils. The port of Liepaja is an important transport hub offereing extensive cargo handling and transportation services. The port area is within the territory of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which gives tax reliefs and other advantages to enterprises who establish operations there.

Getting to Liepaja Ferry Port

Coming from Riga (A9) follow the signs "Osta" until you reach an intersection where you can see a sign that says "Brivosta". Turn right and stay on the main road. After crossing the railway tracks, turn left to reach Liepaja Ferry terminal.

Coming from Klaipeda (from the south) take "Zirnu" Street and drive on until you cross the Railway Bridge. Turn left and cross two road junctions. Before the 3rd junction take the outer lane and turn right. After a while, turn left and continue on "Raina" Street until you reach an intersection, where you can see a sign with a pictogram of "pramis". Turn left and stay on the main road. After crossing the railway tracks, turn left again to reach Liepaja Ferry Terminal.
